CHRISTIAN
FELLOWSHIP
a student club at HBS
Our Mission
The Christian Fellowship club at HBS aspires to cultivate a nourishing, Christ-centered community within HBS that equips leaders to love one another and be salt and light on campus and in their careers.
Our mission is supported by three pillars:
Teaching & Equipping, Fostering Community, and Service & Outreach.
Check out our line-up events on the Calendar page!
I. Teaching & Equipping
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus.
- Colossians 3:16-17
- Holistic, relevant, biblical teaching delivered via small groups
- One-on-one relational discipleship
II. Fostering Community
15 We are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.
- Ephesians 4:15-16
- Your 'second section' grounded in the love of Christ
- A sense of belonging to wrestle in our faiths & doubts together
III. Service & Outreach
13 For you were called to freedom, brothers [and sisters]. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love [to] serve one another. 14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- Galatians 5:13-14
- Opportunities to deliver christian charity and serve the Harvard-wide community and greater Boston area.
